WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Respond to inbound leads from Facebook Marketplace, email, WhatsApp, and phone calls (in both English and Spanish).
• Turn cold inquiries into warm relationships. Turn hesitation into confident decisions.
• Guide each prospect through our buying process using persuasive scripts, emotional questions, and intentional follow-ups.
• Tailor your message to fit the buyer persona: investors, families, RV/off-grid buyers, and builders.
• Master the art of follow-up: with purpose, not pressure.
• Receive advanced training and ongoing mentorship in high-conversion neuro-sales.

IS THIS YOU?
• You speak English and Spanish fluently.
• You have experience in digital/phone-based sales or customer service (real estate experience is a huge plus).
• You’re a great listener. Persuasive, but never pushy.
• You can work remotely, with reliable internet and flexible availability.
• You’re passionate about growth, learning, and closing sales with purpose.
