Who you are



You’re someone who is looking to jumpstart their career without ever leaving the house. You value flexibility but are dependable, hard-working, and self motivated. You like working in a competitive, collaborative environment and you love a good challenge. Our team is made up of individuals who value success but never at the expense of first helping others.

Working Hours

Flexible up to 35 hours a week. No less than an average of 20.

Requirements:

Excellent writing and editing skills in English.

Motivation to learn and write about different topics.

Ability to meet deadlines.

Requirement to be studying or have finished a college major in Economics, English Translation, or related.

Analytical, detail-oriented person.



Tasks:



Primary writer of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for state and federal.
Free-write material for proposals, edit and improve existing material.
Support the Proposal Manager in maintaining and building the proposal library.
Stay abreast of industry standards, review all proposal post-bid information, and provide summaries, maintain the Content Management System, and monitor procurement sites.
Work with various departments and levels of management to draft responses.
Make recommendations on response approaches.
Ensure consistent proposals submissions across the company.
Ensure that tools and style guides are in place to support the development of documentation that meets current market expectations.
Support the development of overviews and summaries to Executive Leadership Team.
Ensure Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests are submitted after each proposal.
