Junior Engineer / Architect - Work from home

Design and Approval Group is based in Sydney, however the job is working from home. Our office is currently working on residential projects, commercial projects, including shop fitout. This role will consist of working across diverse project types and involvement throughout all project stages.
We are currently searching for an accomplished Structural Engineer who possesses expertise in in structural design of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings..

Skills
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with our team to develop custom projects.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, such as architects and builders.
• Deliver structural design across various building types including residential and commercial projects.
• Uphold rigorous quality standards and facilitate clear communication throughout every phase of the project.

Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Preferably, an understanding of Australian design codes and standards.
• Previous experience in building structures.
• Proficiency in steel and concrete design.
• Familiarity with relevant design software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external teams.


Since you'll be in charge of a diverse team in a high-speed environment, it's crucial to have strong management skills, along with the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively.
