Bilingual Call Center Agent - Work from home

We are a US-based marketing company and we are looking forward to hiring call center representatives with high English proficiency and demonstrable experience in sales.





You will be working remotely on a fixed schedule, MONDAY THROGH SATURDAY, 6 HOURS PER DAY, WITH 2-HOURS BREAK WEEK DAYS, and your salary plan will be a base payment + commission + bonifications system which will be improved over the time, depending on your performance.



On a daily basis, you will be responsible for generating leads from cold lists and will also be required to engage in off-schedule training sessions, mostly in the early stages of our collaboration. You will be reporting your interactions with the clients to the Department Manager and be willing to improve on every aspect you are asked to.



We offer a base monthly payment of 300 USD plus commissions for every appointment you successfully set and every sale that happens during the appointment. With your base pay + commissions your monthly production should range from 600 to 1000 USD, and it will improve overtime significantly.



PAY STRUCTURE:

Base salary:

-300 USD per Month - Paid in two halves every 15 days.



Commissions:

-20 USD per Demo (Appointment in which the client receives a price, but does not sign the contract for the project) - Paid once per month



-50 USD per Sale (Appointment in which the client receives a price and signs the contract for the project) - Paid once per month



Incremental Bonifications:

-Extra 100 USD, 300 USD , 600 USD, 1000 USD for 2, 4, 6, 8 monthly sales and beyond - Paid once per month



REQUIREMENTS:

-Have an ADVANCED (B2/C1/C2) English level in Comprehension and Speaking. Must not have a thick accent and also must understand American-English slang and daily use terms related to marketing. Please don't apply if you don't fulfill this requirement as you will be immediately disqualified either before or after the hiring process, which would result in the immediate cancellation of our collaboration.



-Have access to a STABLE Internet connection. We will conduct a technical audio test to assess this point during the hiring process.



-Have previous experience using collaborative tools such as spreadsheets such as MS Excel or Google Sheets.



-Have a fairly modern PC with at least 4 GB of RAM since we are going to be using resource-demanding spreadsheets with lots of data.



-Must have a dedicated space with little-to-no background noise as well as headsets with noise-cancellation capabilities.
