About the Role:
Leadbox is seeking a driven and talented Junior QA Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to ensuring the quality and efficiency of our products and services, helping to deliver cutting-edge digital marketing solutions to our clients in the automotive industry. You’ll monitor and manage support tickets, assist with core QA processes, and ensure the responsiveness and accuracy of newly built websites.

Key Responsibilities:
Support Management: Monitor the support queue, assist in handling incoming tickets, and ensure they meet QA standards.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Front and Back-end Developers, Web Designers, and Account Managers to ensure that project goals and quality benchmarks are consistently met.
Core QA Tasks: Support the team with core QA tickets, attend demos, and participate in Sprint planning with developers.
Website Testing: Assist with content and design testing for new websites, ensuring consistency with prototypes and responsiveness across devices.
Process Improvement: Contribute to ongoing efforts to improve QA efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Strong attention to detail and good eye for design.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a changing environment or with evolving project requirements.
Experience in testing websites across different browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) and devices (desktop, mobile, tablets).
Ability to generate clear, concise QA reports and communicate testing progress and results to stakeholders.
Ability to log and track bugs effectively.
Nice to Have:
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Experience with design tools like Figma.
Familiarity with Smartsheet, Agile Project Management tools, and HubSpot.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and QA’s role within them.
