REMOTE Opportunity
Are you looking to join a dynamic and truly international team? Our company, a growing sports betting website in Canada, is proud of its diversity. Our international team is composed of talent from the United States, Canada, Brazil, France, Colombia, and China.
We are looking to strengthen our Customer Support team and are specifically seeking profiles residing in Venezuela to bring their expertise and unique perspective to our support team.
Your Mission: Written Customer Support Agent
You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer support for our users.
Provide written-only customer support on messaging platforms: Messenger, Telegram, and Discord.
Effectively manage and resolve user queries.
Actively participate in the life of our international team.
Required Profile (Residency in Venezuela is MANDATORY)
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
ABSOLUTE REQUIREMENT: Fluent and Perfect Bilingual English (Spoken and Written).
Even though customer support is written-only, internal communication with the international team (colleagues, managers, other departments) is conducted entirely in English. Perfect fluency is essential for seamless interaction.
A MAJOR PLUS: Fluency in French in addition to English is a significant asset that will give you an advantage during the selection process.
Interview: You must be available for a one-on-one video call interview in English.
Essential Technical Prerequisites
This is a remote position and requires preparation to ensure service continuity:
Personal Computer (PC): Reliable and efficient.
Internet Connection: Stable and fast.
Power Outage Prevention: Ability to manage power outages (e.g., having a backup battery to ensure shift continuity).
Working Conditions and Compensation
Contract: 5 working days per week.
Hours: 8 hours per day (including paid breaks).
Benefits: Paid vacations.
Fixed Salary:
500 USD per month.
Bonus Salary:
Up to 150 USD potential monthly bonus, based on achieving performance objectives and quality of work.
Payment: Monthly remuneration via Binance.
Special First Month Option: Possibility to split the first salary into two bi-weekly payments. For subsequent months, payment will be made once a month.
