As a Linga POS partner, we provide and support restaurant management systems for clients across the United States. The Role
We are looking for a sharp, reliable, and well-spoken Operations & Customer Success Assistant to become the right hand of the company owner. You will be the organized center of daily operations — managing client communication, support tickets, billing follow-ups, hardware logistics, and our CRM. This is a trusted, high-responsibility position for someone who takes ownership and gets things done without being told twice.

What You'll Do
Manage support tickets — receive, organize, and triage incoming client issues; route technical matters to the support team and escalate only what truly needs the owner's attention.
Be the first point of contact — answer inbound client calls professionally, screen them, take clear and detailed messages, and protect the owner's focus time.
Handle accounts receivable — call clients regarding outstanding invoices and follow up courteously and consistently until payment is collected.
Own hardware logistics — source, order, track, and organize POS hardware and accessories.
Keep the CRM perfect — maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date client records in our CRM (HubSpot).
Run daily operations — handle the recurring administrative and operational tasks that keep the business running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
Professional-level English, written and spoken — this is essential and non-negotiable.
Excellent writing skills — able to draft clear, polished, professional messages on your own.
Highly reliable and self-directed — capable of solving problems and working without constant supervision.
Patient, calm, and genuinely helpful with clients, even under pressure.
Comfortable making outbound calls, including payment follow-ups.
Strongly organized with sharp attention to detail.
Prior experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, customer service, or operations role.
Spanish fluency is a strong plus (many of our restaurant clients are bilingual).
A valid U.S. visa or ability to travel to the U.S. is a plus — but not required.
What We Offer
Starting salary: USD $400 / month
Increase to USD $600 / month after a successful 6-month review
100% remote work
