We’re looking for a motivated Bilingual Appointment Setter (English/Spanish) with sales experience to join our team.

Position Overview
As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling in-home consultations for our sales team. Your role is critical in driving revenue and creating opportunities.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to homeowners from the provided leads
Qualify prospects and identify interest in impact windows and doors
Schedule appointments for sales representatives
Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
Maintain accurate notes in CRM
Meet and exceed daily/weekly booking targets

Requirements
Fully bilingual (English & Spanish, fluent speaking required)
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confident, professional phone presence
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Basic CRM/computer skills

Compensation
Base pay + performance bonuses
